The rally route takes us to the magnificent countries of India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan. We will experience road surfaces ranging from good tarmac to potholed and unmade roads, and will stay in a variety of accommodation ranging from palatial hotels to basic camp sites.
As we traverse through Nepal we will climb up into the Himalaya mountains and then into the Royal Bardia National Park with a rest day to include a tiger safari.
The organisers have had to negotiate special permits for our trip through Bhutan - a country that does not welcome mass tourism.
There are 18 vehicles taking part - a mixture of Bentley, Rolls Royce, Lotus, Mercedes and Volvo cars, all classic or vintage vehicles.
